A city of over 32,000 residents and part of the Denver metropolitan area, the City of Englewood selected Vision Internet to develop a unique website that sports an attractive design and offers users better access to information. The Vision Content Management System™ decentralizes the responsibility for website updates, allowing for instantaneous content changes by many different staff members.
The site features interactive components such as e-notification, news and newsletters, calendar, job postings, Document Central and an online Job Applicant Manager. The innovative Job Applicant Manager allows the Human Resources Department to build a database of prospective employees and to search/filter the applicants by specific position, skills and other criteria.
Having experienced such great success with this website project, the City later contracted with Vision Internet to build a separate Intranet system for their internal staff communications.
